This agreement positions BL Engenharia as the official representative of RWEC in the markets of Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina, strengthening the company’s global presence and opening new avenues for strategic commercial opportunities.
As part of this partnership, BL Engenharia will offer RWEC’s state-of-the-art railway technology solutions, including its narrow-space flash-butt welding module. This cutting-edge equipment is specifically designed to operate in highly confined environments, requiring as little as 8 inches of clearance — ideal for welding most joints inside complex rail crossings.
The welding head module delivers 3,240 kg in mass and exerts 70 metric tons of clamping force. Integrated within a complete operational set — including container, generator, and module — the system reaches a total of 33 metric tons. Its compactness, power, and precision make it an invaluable solution for operations that demand high performance in challenging workspaces.
