SPENO 8M1

The SPENO 8M1 is a rail grinding machine manufactured by the Swiss company Speno International, specialized in railway maintenance. This machine has 8 grinding wheels and is used to remove surface defects from rails, improving wheel-rail contact and extending track life. In Brazil, companies such as BL Engenharia use the SPENO MINI 08 M1 grinder in their railway maintenance operations.

Plasser American 09-2X

The Plasser American 09-2X is a heavy, high-speed, continuous-action rail tamping machine designed for railway maintenance and construction. This machine is capable of tamping two sleepers simultaneously, significantly increasing maintenance efficiency. In addition, it features rail lifting and aligning units mounted on a separate satellite frame that moves continuously during operation, reducing vibrations and stress on the machine’s main structure. This results in production rates of up to 4,200 feet per hour.

Plasser Theurer 08-32 Tamping Machine

The Plasser & Theurer 08-32 is a cyclic-action tamping, leveling, and aligning machine designed for railway track maintenance. Known as the Duomatic 08-32 C, this machine can tamp two sleepers simultaneously, increasing maintenance efficiency. Its compact design and standardized components make maintenance easier and reduce operating costs. In addition, the Duomatic 08-32 C can reach a maximum speed of 80 km/h in self-propelled mode, ensuring high availability and fast transport between work sites.

SPEED SWING MASTER

Designed to be versatile in various railway service applications, the Speed Swing offers precise hydraulic engineering and high power to install rails, tow cars, unload ballast, set sleepers, and perform countless other tasks.

Powered by a Cummins QSB4.5 Tier 4 diesel engine with 163 horsepower, offering up to 10% fuel savings compared to the previous model, the Speed Swing features a 3-speed Dana T20000 transmission with electric rotary shift grip for better torque. The machine has a front load capacity of 10,000 lbs and a side load capacity of up to 8,000 lbs.

Ballast Hopper Cars

Built with low-alloy steel with high mechanical strength and atmospheric corrosion resistance, equipped with bottom doors.

RW1060 (ATMW) – Mobile Rail Welder

The RW1060 is a complete flash-butt rail welding system, ready for on-track use. The machine is mounted on a DOOSAN DX170W excavator equipped with a raised rail system and was specifically designed for mobile welding in railway infrastructure.
